    The Staff Accountant plays an integral role in preserving the financial credibility of the Company through the completion of the day-to-day accounting activities while maintaining a high rate of accuracy and vendor satisfaction through professional quality service.

    ResponsibilitiesManage the cash receipt side of the accounting transactions, including cash receipts, bank reconciliation, billing, and collectionsManage customer records, including billing contact information, customer classification and price listValidate/Maintain Customer information across systems, including Sage Intacct, QuickBooks, and IVAN (which is our house DIT Nurse workflow tracking system)Work with the Controller to establish proper accounting processes and documentation around cash receipt activitiesAssist the Controller with month end closing processDevelop

    financial/operational

    reports in accounting system to help with reconciliation, month close process, reporting efficiency and analytical worksDocument interactions across systems (Sage Intacct, IVAN, and Salesforce) for billing and pricing changesOther duties as assigned

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's Degree in accountingOne (1) – Three (3) years' experience in a Staff Accountant role is preferredTwo years of demonstrated full-cycle accounting experienceTwo years of demonstrated experience of accounting principles and GL systemsAdvanced Excel skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsPrevious experience with Sage System or Salesforce is a plusAttention to detail and problem-solving skillsAbility to operate most standard office equipmentExcellent telephone and oral communication skillsAbility to maintain a high level of confidentialityCredibilityDependability/ReliabilityProject ManagementCustomer/Client FocusOrganization Skills
