Your responsibilities:

  • independent commercial management and supervision of residential and commercial properties
  • efficient property management
  • preparation of operating and heating cost statements
  • contact person for tenants and service providers
  • coordination of property supervisors and landlords

Your skills:

  • completed commercial apprenticeship
  • professional experience in real estate management desirable
  • knowledge of tenancy law and contract management
  • strong communication skills, assertiveness, and organizational skills
  • ability to work independently
  • proficient in MS Office
  • knowledge of ix-Haus is a plus
