What you will do:

Procurement of components with a focus on electrical and electronic parts
Obtaining and evaluating offers
Price negotiations with suppliers
Supplier selection, evaluation, and management in collaboration with the quality department
Preparation, demand planning, and leading annual negotiations with suppliers
Ensuring material supply for production, especially monitoring delivery dates
Strategic view on purchasing topics and maintaining supplier relationships
Close collaboration with adjacent departments, especially development, production, and inventory management

What you bring:

Completed vocational training/degree, alternatively comparable qualification with relevant work experience
Experience in purchasing/procurement of technical components
Good understanding of purchasing processes, including identifying potential for optimization
Good computer skills and experience with an ERP system
Strategic thinking and strong business sense
Strong communication skills and structured work style
Good knowledge of English
