Job Description:

  • Independent planning, coordination, and monitoring of construction projects
  • Coordination of project managers, specialist construction managers, and onsite employees, also across different areas of expertise
  • Tendering and obtaining cost estimates
  • Negotiating with clients, architects, and planners
  • Acceptance of services and deliveries
  • Measurement and invoice verification as well as cost control
  • Consideration and assurance of quality, cost, and deadline requirements
  • Participation in official acceptance procedures
  • Compliance with safety and health protection guidelines

Profile:

  • Completed degree in engineering or comparable education
  • Experience on construction sites, preferably on largescale construction sites as senior construction manager/project manager
  • Structured, reliable, and sustainable work style
  • Willingness
