HR Specialist (m/f/d) with a focus on recruiting

Your tasks in the team:

You will be responsible for managing and developing the entire recruiting process - from job postings to candidate selection,
Active sourcing is your thing, as well as planning and organizing recruiting events and fairs,
You actively contribute to the development and implementation of suitable personnel marketing measures,
You create and process contracts and take on general administrative tasks,

You participate in projects and topics related to HR processes, personnel development, and employer branding, and overall help to further develop the Human Resources department.


Your qualifications:

You are a dedicated individual with strong social skills and good teamwork and communication abilities,
You have a background in personnel services or a commercial education/studies with a focus on HR,
You are eager to drive and implement your own ideas and recruiting projects, and are open to new trends and tools,
You are proficient in using MS Office and social media channels.
