Description
Our client, an online shop for pet supplies, is looking for administrative employees (m/f/d) to handle payment processing.80% of the work can be done from home; approximately one day per week on-site at the company's premises is desired.
Your responsibilities:
- Clarification of payment discrepancies
- Independent response to mostly written inquiries
- Acceptance and followup of complaints
- Processing of invoice inquiries, payment terms, and credits
- Acceptance, documentation, and final processing of service requests
- Complaint management; handling of escalation cases
Your profile:
- Commercial training or equivalent professional experience
- Strong customer service mindset and excellent communication skills
- Willingness to work across teams
- Very good written and spoken German
- High willingness to learn and excellent comprehension skills
- Confident and friendly demeanor in customer contact
