    We are in need of a committed and highly talented Senior Disposition Manager to contribute significantly to our dynamic team.

    We are looking for a driven and energetic individual to become part of our workforce.

    Playing a crucial role in our wholesale real estate division, you will be instrumental in the successful marketing of investment properties, with a focus on maximizing profits and nurturing strong buyer connections.

    Compensation:

    $60,000 - $76,000 yearly

    Responsibilities:
    • Analyze investment properties thoroughly to assess market value and potential returns, collaborating with acquisition teams to understand property specifics and create compelling sales proposals.
    • Engage with potential buyers in the real estate investment community, building and nurturing relationships with investors, brokers, and stakeholders to comprehend their investment criteria.
    • Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to present investment properties effectively to the target audience, creating comprehensive property presentations and captivating marketing materials.
    • Negotiate favorable terms with potential buyers to secure optimal returns for the company, and oversee the closing process in coordination with legal and administrative teams for efficient transaction finalization.
    • Stay informed on real estate market trends, comparable sales, and investment strategies, offering valuable insights and recommendations to enhance sales approaches.
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and fostering repeat business by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
    • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance of all documentation and contracts with relevant regulations, collaborating with legal and compliance teams to manage risks and facilitate smooth transaction processes.
    Qualifications:
    • The ideal candidate should possess a proven track record in real estate sales, with a focus on wholesaling or investment sales in Dallas, GA, US.
    • Extensive expertise in real estate market trends, property valuation, and investment analysis is a must for this role in Dallas, GA, US.
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential requirements for effectively interacting with clients and stakeholders as a Real Estate Senior Disposition Manager.
