    Qualifications:
    Graduate from an approved Licensed Practical Nursing Program (LPN/LVN) required. Experienced candidates receive a higher starting wage.
    Clear and active LPN Licensure in the state of practice required.
    Active CPR /BLS Certification required.
    Covid Vaccination


    Responsibilities:
    Provides direct patient care.
    Providing care for patients and residents.
    Acquaints patients with necessary information.
    Assures that all procedures are completed accurately.
    Maintains records of patient visits, tests, etc...
    May perform other duties as assigned.
