    Job description

    Responsibilities:
    - Provide direct patient care in a variety of healthcare settings
    - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
    - Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information
    - Assist with patient examinations and procedures
    - Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
    - Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures and self-care techniques
    - Document patient information accurately and timely using electronic medical record systems such as eClinicalWorks
    - Perform sterile processing of medical equipment and instruments
    - Assist with family planning services, including contraceptive counseling and administration

    Requirements:
    - Valid LPN license in the state of North Carolina

    - One (1) year of LPN experience
    - Knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, and anatomy
    - Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems, such as eClinicalWorks
    - Experience in sterile processing techniques
    - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
    - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
    - Familiarity with discharge planning processes for transitioning patients to home or other healthcare facilities
    - Experience in senior care or nursing home settings is a plus
