    Job Description


    Seeking a highly experienced and skilled construction professional with a background in civil or electrical engineering for the role of Senior Project Manager/Estimator.

    This individual will be responsible for leading design/build efforts or EPC for EV infrastructure projects. They will have a key role in building and nurturing customer relationships, leading proposal development, bidding on projects.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage the entire project lifecycle from conception to completion, including cost estimation, resource allocation, scheduling, risk management, and quality control.
    • Lead the design and construction efforts for EV infrastructure projects, ensuring successful project execution and adherence to specifications and regulatory requirements.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, identifying new business opportunities, and actively promoting the company's EV infrastructure services.
    • Prepare and present compelling proposals to clients, showcasing the company's capabilities and value proposition in the EV infrastructure domain.
    • Lead the bid management process, including analyzing project requirements, estimating costs, preparing bids, and ensuring compliance with all tendering procedures.
    • Travel, as required, to attend client meetings, project sites, or other company locations. The frequency and extent of travel will be determined based on project demands.
    Knowledge & Skills


    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
    • 7 plus years of progressive experience in construction, with a focus on civil or electrical projects. Experience in EV infrastructure projects will be highly beneficial.
    • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects, including cost estimation, scheduling, risk assessment, and quality control.
    • Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams, ensuring collaboration and effective project execution.
    • Strong business development and client relationship management skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities in the EV infrastructure sector.
    • Experience in preparing and presenting proposals and bids for construction projects.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, internal teams, and sister companies.
    • Familiarity with electric vehicle infrastructure design and construction processes, regulations, and industry standards.
    • Proficient in project management and estimation software
