Up to $3,500 Sign-On or Relocation BonusBonus Requirement: 3-5 years of verifiable HVAC experience.Hiller Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical is looking for an experienced HVAC Install Team Leader to support good customer relations by ensuring exceptional HVAC installations are provided as scheduled, at competitive prices, and that all applicable codes and regulations are adhered to.

Job Responsibilities:
Directly manage install technicians.
This includes but is not limited to training employees; planning, assigning; appraising performance; rewarding and coaching employee Quality checks on recent customer HVAC installations.
Respond to customer inquiries and problems in a timely manner; resolve customer complaintsAble to assist techs in bidding and estimating jobsEnsure work is performed ethically and in compliance with state, local and Federal legal requirements as well as in adherence with company safety standardsPursue training and development opportunities whenever needed to improve capabilitiesRun weekly training meetings to instruct on sales practices, new products, and KPI reviewsSupervise ApprenticesEducation/Certification Requirements:EPA Certified.
A High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
NATE Certification preferred.
HVAC certification or Diploma preferred.
