Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative.

As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and handling inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner.

This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.


Duties:


  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services
  • Provide information and assistance to customers regarding products, services, and promotions
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the company database
  • Perform data entry tasks to update customer information or process orders
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team goals

Experience:


  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
