Job Summary and Qualifications
Acts as a liaison for HCA Healthcare at Home with EMR software vendor (Home Care Home Base). Supports the healthcare services clinical colleagues through management and/or oversight of Service Central ticket submissions and monitors ticket activity, including but not limited to the following: F2F; Physician and Facility data entry. Facilitates communication between the company and software vendor through bimonthly calls with HCHB and EMR team.
Ensures EMR system is current through management of the HCHB refresh process.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
What qualifications you will need:
EDUCATION
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or other related field - Required
EXPERIENCE
Five or more years related work experience - Required
Two or more years of IT project leadership experience - Required
PMP Certification– Preferred
Equivalent combination of education and experience could be considered

Uses independent judgment to establish procedures and overall strategic direction that may affect an agency, multiple agencies, industry sectors and/or functional disciplines. Solves the most complex problems that require understanding and evaluation of impacts on the organization
