    Job DescriptionFortune 500 Company in the banking sector is looking for an Escalations representative to play a pivotal role in managing escalated customer complaints across various lines of business (LOBs). Your primary responsibility will be to meticulously research, review, and resolve customer complaints, ensuring a satisfactory outcome while upholding positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Support internal and external customers with inquiries and complaints regarding financial products and services
    • Seek ways to determine appropriate course of action, conduct investigative steps to identify the issues, and process complex transactions online.
    • Perform moderately complex initiatives to resolve client issues and review complaints for regulatory and non-regulatory flags, and classify risks appropriately to ensure customer issues are addressed while maintaining compliance with internal company requirements and standards.
    • Serve as an intermediary between parties to resolve disputed matters, negotiates, and enact settlements accordingly

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    • 6-12 months of experience in customer service, preferably within the financial sector.
    • Experience assisting clients with services is essential.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
    • Proficiency in researching solutions and conducting fact-finding investigations.
    • Familiarity with brokerage support and affluent clientele is advantageous.
    • Ability to work independently while also collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
