  • As part of our (5-person) customer care team, you will support our national and international customers with various commercial and logistical issues
  • It will never be boring: topics such as deliveries, refunds, payment details, and product information are part of your daily tasks
  • Our high standards for product quality are also reflected in our service - so you will also take care of resolving individual customer concerns and technical inquiries
  • In addition, you will discuss individual cases with your team lead Lena and regularly exchange ideas with your team about current projects
