*Your responsibilities*As a Sales Representative (m/f/d) in the office, you will advise, support, and inspire our customers over the phone and in person at our branch. With your service-oriented and proactive approach, you will identify our customers' needs and provide them with passionate support.

In detail:

You will support our customers with heart and passion through various sales channels (phone, email, online shop, and in-person)
You will handle all tasks from creating quotes to order processing, handling complaints, and issuing credits
You will act as a liaison in the branch and be the direct contact for our field sales team and warehouse colleagues
You will regularly communicate with the branch manager and provide updates on specific customer requirements and noticeable developments in customers and direct competition
