For our location in Germering, we are looking for you as soon as possible as a Service Coordinator (m/f/d) for Water Fire Extinguishing Systems.

Your tasks:

  • Processing of fault reports and small orders
  • Material and personnel scheduling, if necessary also supporting for service projects
  • Tracking of deadlines
  • Preparation for invoicing
  • Creation of order documents for fire protection service technicians
  • Support in initiating service orders
  • Participation in maintaining the schedule of technicians
  • Support in creating documentation
  • Processing of administrative tasks
  • Participation in the service telephone exchange

How will you approach your tasks:

As a Service Coordinator (m/f/d) for Water Fire Extinguishing Systems, you will support the service team leader in working on complex problem solutions. With your reliable and structured way of working, you ensure a professional and contract-compliant handling of service projects, taking into account technical regulations. Thanks to your quick comprehension, you will gradually take on smaller projects and help make the world a little safer.

Your qualifications:

  • Completed technical training as a plumbing, heating and air conditioning technician, pipeline builder
