    Join Our Dynamic Team as a Heavy Equipment Parts Manager

    Are you a skilled professional with a strong interest in parts management? Do you excel in a high-energy setting and have a talent for providing exceptional customer service?     We're part of a rapidly expanding network of valued dealers, proudly associated with major OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) dedicated to establishing the standard for excellence in the industry, offering a diverse selection of OEM-certified parts and accessories to our esteemed clients.

    Your duties will involve:

    • Supervising the precise reception and storage of parts, reducing obsolescence, and ensuring adherence to OEM standards.
    • Fostering and managing strong partnerships with suppliers, internally and externally, optimizing resource allocation and costs.
    • Procuring non-stock parts from the factory, other dealerships, and reputable parts providers as needed.
    • Handling all essential paperwork and records, guaranteeing alignment with reporting and documentation standards.
    • Inspiring and cultivating staff through guidance, support, and training.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Experience: A minimum of 5 years in parts management, with a demonstrable history of accomplishments.
    • Skills: Proficiency in inventory management, pricing tactics, and comprehensive parts oversight. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
    • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication aptitudes, crucial for nurturing valuable relationships with suppliers and customers.
    • Technical: Competence in computer operations, encompassing spreadsheet applications and database tools.
