The Challenge

We are looking for an experienced IT security expert with years of experience in Identity & Access Management to join our growing team "User Access Management".

The global team is responsible for various IAM lifecycles, as well as topics such as business roles and relevant coordination.

The unit itself is responsible for processes related to managing identities, permissions, and privileged access within the global organization. The new team member will be part of the global Identity and Access Management team, which supports all relevant global units. In this position, you will also be responsible for internal consulting and communication on IT security strategies, policies, and standards.

You will also work closely with the IT Business Solution and Technology teams, providing guidance and advice on identity and access management. You will also be responsible for a specific area in a subject matter expert role and support stakeholders within the global organization.

The specific areas of expertise are business roles and identity lifecycle management.

Your Profile

You have several years of experience in IT risk and security, preferably with a focus on identity and access management (IAM) and previous experience with role-based access controls (RBAC) and lifecycle management and recertification. You also have a
