For the Berentzen-Gruppe AG, we are currently looking for a part-time (hours/week) Personnel Officer (m/f/d) Payroll at our location in Haselünne.

What you can look forward to:

Preparation of monthly payroll for a defined group of employees, including pre- and post-processing
Maintenance and management of personnel data in the SAP payroll system
Point of contact for managers and employees on all labor, social security, and tax law topics
Preparation and management of all types of correspondence, such as employment contracts, terminations, works council hearings, exit documents, references, certificates, etc.
Management and maintenance of personnel files
