Responsibilities:

Conducting inspections of motor vehicles and preparing condition reports, diminished value appraisals, and used car certificates
Calculating damages to motor vehicles using common software (e.g. DAT/Audatex)
Managing the process and handling the return of leased vehicles
Communicating with lessees, lessors, and car dealerships
Initiating motor vehicles into the repair, detailing, and marketing process

Qualifications:

Completed technical vocational training in the automotive industry, such as a master mechanic, paint and body specialist, automotive mechatronics technician, or body builder, or relevant work experience in the automotive field
Independent, organized, and customeroriented work style
Confident demeanor when interacting with customers
Basic knowledge of MS Office applications (e.g. MS Excel, MS Outlook)
Class B driver's license
