    Data Analyst

    BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Data Analyst opportunity in Redmond, WA.

    Position Title: Data Analyst

    Location: Redmond, WA
    Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

    Please note this is the target date and is subject to change. BCforward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date.

    Expected Duration: 1 Month (Potential chances for extension)

    Job Type: Full time Contract
    Pay Range: $50 to $55

    Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

    Title: Data Analyst
    Location: Redmond, WA (2-3 days a week)
    Duration: 1 Month (Potential chances for extension)

    Candidate Requirements
    • Years of Experience Required: 5-7 years applicable experience required in data analysis, business intelligence, or related roles.
    • Degrees or certifications required: Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required
    • Disqualifiers: N/A
    • Best vs. Average: The ideal resume would contain:
    • Experience with Power Bi, Power Automate, SharePoint Lists, Excel
    • Knowledge of the ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) process
    • Strong written and oral communication skills
    • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
    • Demonstrated history of success
    • Desire to be working with data and helping businesses make better data driven decisions
    • Proficiency in Power BI for report development and visualization.
    • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on Quality of Work
    Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience

  • 5-7 years applicable experience required in PowerBI and Power Automate
  • 2-3 Years of experience in data analysis and data visualization. Easy to use/easy to manipulate reports (designed well)
  • Knowledge of the ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) process
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
