    Description

    Our partner has an exciting opening available for a Data Analyst to join their team in a remote capacity.



    Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Handle and solve ticket queues efficiently
    • Prioritize tickets
    • Investigate and resolve tickets, aiming for a target of 20 per week
    • Provide project management support as required

    Skills and Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in a tech-related field like computer science, computer engineering, or a similar domain is a must
    • At least 2 to 4+ years of relevant experience
    • Proficiency in Azure
    • Familiarity with scoring vulnerabilities (specific system experience not mandatory; general knowledge to be applied across platforms)
    • Background in vulnerability management, patch management, and security analysis
    • Experience in patch remediation and handling vulnerabilities (able to meet the expectation of 20 per week)
    • Prior security role is advantageous

    $49.80 per hour


    Full COVID-19 vaccination may be necessary.
