    Position Summary:
    The Account Director is responsible for managing client accounts and leading high performing, cross functional teams.

    They will have the ability to hire and develop talent, implement end-to-end workflows, oversee flawless day-to-day project execution, while identifying and driving process improvements and engaging with senior level clients on strategic initiatives.

    They possess and demonstrate an in-depth understanding of their client and act as the liaison between their clients and their internal teams.

    The Account Director follows each project through from start to finish, serving as the key voice for the client through execution.

    Fostering and maintaining strong relationships within the internal organization, adhering to Outform processes, and leveraging Outform scope, scale, and expertise, is as critical as the client-based relationships developed along the way.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Develops and maintains strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and challenges.
    Leads account planning and strategy sessions, collaborating with internal teams to develop integrated marketing solutions.
    Manages the execution of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
    Provides strategic guidance to clients, identifying opportunities for business growth, process efficiencies, and cost savings.

    Demonstrates the confidence to lean on the most senior Outform resources when necessary to win a client or a specific opportunity.

    Mentors and coaches cross-functional team members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
    Oversees internal workflow, including design, estimating, production and logistics.
    Collaborates internally with functional teams to deliver exceptional service, flawless execution, and continuous process improvements for the clients.
    Ensures adherence to Outform processes and integration/ collaboration with functional heads.

    Develops granular account-level strategies to communicate Outform Group's unique value proposition to sell custom point of sale and visual merchandising materials.

    Maintains accurate and timely customer, pipeline, and forecast data in a CRM.
    Stays up to date on the company's products and services.

    Qualifications:
    8+ years of retail marketing experience, with proven ability to develop strong, strategic, consultative client partnerships.

    Demonstrated talent for identifying, implementing, and measuring process improvement initiatives that reduce costs, improve speed to market, streamline execution, and enhance customer engagement.

    Involvement with brands and retail marketing.
    Ability to understand and take advantage of trends in the industry.
    Goal and results driven individual, with who is comfortable achieving quantitative sales goals.
    Financially savvy, with a strong orientation to the bottom line, accomplishing objectives regardless of challenges.
    Superior negotiation, written, and verbal communication skills.
    Track record of building positive relationships with peers.
    Experience selling in the vertical market segment sector of Point of Purchase is a plus.
