    NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT:



    • New Business Role/Responsibilities: Whatever it takes to grow the middle market book (100 FT employees)
    • Introductions to network (HR, Leadership)
    • Continuous organic business development
    • Networking Meetings
    • Pipeline Management Assistance (prospect engagement, meeting coordination, follow-up scheduling/reminders)
    • New Business Partnership thank you gifts
    • CORE Management

    • New Business Success Metrics: Direct contribution to $250,000 in additional new business annually (measured against average historical production by Randy and Alissa)

    ADMINISTRATION:



    • Admin Role/Responsibilities: Partner with Alissa and Randy to handle administrative functions, freeing them to spend more time and energy in production
    • Expense submissions
    • Event planning (special client events, coordination with marketing for local prospect/client group events, carrier appreciation events)
    • Tracking and management of birthdays (including coordination of gifts/recognition )
    • Tracking and management of client anniversaries (including coordination of gifts/recognition)
    • Coordinate with carriers/vendors re:
    video interviews, sponsorships, etc.



    • Admin Success Metrics: Successful completion of administrative roles and responsibilities
    Department Account Management & Service

    Required Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience

    Required Travel:
    No Travel Required

    Required Education:
    High school or equivalent
