With more than 20 years of executive experience as an in-house legal and human capital expert, Niosha uses her business acumen and knowledge of corporate environments to provide clients with a cost-effective alternative over law firms and consultancy firms. Her areas of expertise include employee relations, workplace investigations, employee relations, discrimination and harassment, government agency claims and audits, diversity programs, training, employment litigation and audits, and compensation. Niosha uses her employment law background, coupled with her HR expertise, in helping companies both prevent and resolve employment claims without resorting to litigation.
