    If you are passionate about healthcare and working with the elderly, then you'll want to join our team as a Wellness SpecialistJob ProfileAs a Wellness Specialist, you will be responsible for:

    Ensuring quality resident care is consistently delivered Supporting the development, implementation and evaluation of clinical goals and objectivesSupporting the team by developing clear role expectations for all clinical leadersServing as a resource on clinical issues, current trends in healthcare, and state, federal regulationsIdentifying staff education opportunities and partnering with team members to develop and deliver trainingProviding support to communities as interim Wellness Director as neededIntegrating wellness programs and train wellness team for new communitiesOther duties as assignedJob RequirementsLVN or RN requiredAbility to travel 80-100% throughout the state of TexasExperience in senior care work setting requiredMust have basic computer experienceMust be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English languageMust be able to work beyond normal working hours and on weekends and holidays when necessaryMust be able to assist in the evacuation of residents during emergency situationsMust be able to perform the essential functions of the job with, or without reasonable accommodationOur Commitment to YouCivitas Senior Living offers competitive pay with benefits package including health insurance, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K and generous Paid Time Off.
