- Regularly organize and maintain the stockroom, ensuring items are cataloged appropriately.
- Coordinate shipment schedules, manage logistics, and monitor storage and staffing needs.
- Keep precise records of shipped and received goods, producing necessary reports.
- Address any shipping or inventory challenges, resolve customer concerns, and implement solutions.
- Utilize forklifts and pallet jacks for safe merchandise handling.
- Proven experience as a shipping and receiving clerk or in a related position.
- Familiarity with industry trends and practices.
- High school diploma or its equivalent.
- Experience with lot control and commercial invoicing is a plus.
