- Oversee the execution of media plans including budgeting, insertion schedules, contracts, and related materials
- Coach and guide media planners and managers in brand media planning, strategy, and execution across various channels (e.g., video, audio, display, OOH, print)
- Establish performance metrics for brand team members
- Communicate brand media strategy and Collective Measures' capabilities to clients, prospects, and internal staff
- Maintain expertise and act as a respected leader in all brand media channels and tactics
- Contribute to marketing efforts through writing blog posts and speaking at industry events
- Engage in new business projects and pitches
- Aid in reconciling media billing as required
- Attend vendor meetings to evaluate new services and maintain relationships with sales contacts
- 5+ years of experience in developing digital and traditional marketing plans across multiple media channels
- 1+ years of leadership/management experience
- Possess a diverse set of media, marketing, and leadership skills
- Expertise in brand media campaigns
- Emphasis on measurement and analytics
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects concurrently
- Client-focused approach
- Proficient in professional presentations (written, visual, and verbal)
- Background in display marketing
- Preference for experience in agency environment
- Proficient in English language
- Capable of sitting for extended periods
- Skilled in using a keyboard and telephone
