Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and prioritize the queue of incoming requests for quotes and other administrative tasks. Ensure timely processing and follow-up to meet client deadlines.
Strategically engage with brokers and clients to convert quote requests into confirmed business. Utilize persuasive communication skills and product knowledge to overcome objections and address concerns.
Provide outstanding customer service to brokers and clients throughout the quoting process. Act as a trusted advisor, offering personalized guidance and support tailored to their individual needs.
Demonstrate a strong commitment to meeting or exceeding service level agreements and turnaround times. Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency in workflow management.
Effectively communicate and build rapport with individuals from diverse backgrounds and with varying communication styles. Tailor interactions to accommodate different personality types and preferences.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in health insurance sales and account management.
Possession of a broker's license or willingness to obtain one within the first six months of employment.
Proven track record of success in selling healthcare products and services, with a focus on customer retention and satisfaction.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of emotional intelligence.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Experience conducting sales presentations and negotiations via teleconference.
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
