    Description
    Job Opportunity for Recruiting Assistant

    We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a recruiting assistant. In this role, you will support our recruitment efforts by assisting with candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination of interviews. You will work closely with our HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

    Responsibilities:
    • Screen resumes and applications
    • Conduct prescreen interviews
    • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
    • Maintain candidate databases and records
    • Assist with job postings on various platforms
    • Assist with other HR related tasks as needed
    Salary:

    $22.00 per hour

    Requirements
    • Associate's degree in HR or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
    • Previous experience in recruiting or HR administation preferred
    • Knowledge of local, state, and federal policies and practices with the ability to properly interpret, communicate, and provide guidance and training to department members on such policies
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workstation and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
