Job Title: Senior Project Manager - Infrastructure Remediation

Northern California Candidates ONLY

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee infrastructure remediation projects in support of upgrading our Nurse Call systems and Philips Telemetry monitoring system. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Facility Project Managers to ensure the successful implementation of these critical healthcare technology upgrades.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with Facility Project Managers to coordinate and execute infrastructure remediation projects across multiple sites. One PM will support Bay site implementations, while the other will focus on Valley sites.
Project Management Expertise: Demonstrate strong project management skills and methodology to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting activities.
Infrastructure Knowledge: Possess a deep understanding of facility infrastructure projects, including network, wireless, and IDF (Intermediate Distribution Frame) closets, ideally within a healthcare setting. Utilize this knowledge to effectively plan and execute infrastructure remediation tasks.
Healthcare Technology Experience: Preferably have experience with nurse call or telemetry projects. Familiarity with healthcare technology systems and their integration into existing infrastructure will be advantageous.
Stakeholder Management: Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills to navigate complex multi-stakeholder structures effectively. Build and maintain relationships with internal teams, external vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.

Requirements:

Senior PM Experience: Demonstrated experience as a Senior Project Manager, with a strong understanding of basic project management skills and methodologies.
Infrastructure Expertise: Strong knowledge of facility infrastructure projects, particularly in network, wireless, and IDF closets, preferably within a healthcare environment.
Healthcare Technology Background: Experience with nurse call or telemetry projects is preferred, though not mandatory.
Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships and communicate effectively across various levels of the organization.
