Chi sei?
• Hai una comprovata esperienza nella configurazione e risoluzione dei problemi di networking di livello 2 e 3;
• Sai identificare i problemi ricorrenti e ne promuovi la risoluzione automatizzata;
• Il networking ti incuriosisce, possiedi le nozioni principali e hai avuto esperienza nel troubleshooting problematiche comuni, gestione degli apparati di rete;
• Hai una buona conoscenza della scrittura della documentazione tecnica;
• Hai frequentato con successo un Istituto Tecnico in ambito informatico o hai svolto dei corsi professionalizzanti;
• Sei curioso, ti mantieni informato sulle nuove tendenze tecnologiche e hai ancora voglia di imparare;
• Hai buone capacità di comunicazione verbale e scritta, inclusa la capacità di comunicare efficacemente con diverse tipologie di utenti;
• Ti esprimi bene anche in inglese;
• Hai un ottimo standing;
• Ti piace fare squadra e lavorare in Team;
• Gestisci il tempo in modo efficace, ti impegni a rispettare le scadenze e non ti spaventano le sfide;
• Anche sottopressione, mantieni un atteggiamento positivo e collaborativo, svolgendo sempre al meglio le tue attività;
• Sei in grado di lavorare in modo indipendente e di portare a termine gli obiettivi assegnati;
• Sei disponibile ad effettuare trasferte in Italia e all'Estero.
Cosa farai?
• Entrerai a far parte del Competence Center di IWS, che opera sia on-site che in remoto per i ns Clienti, e troverai colleghi IWS pronti a condividere supporto e competenze;
• Configurerai e ti occuperai di risolvere i problemi di networking di livello 2 e 3;
• Prenderai parte alla pianificazione di attività di manutenzione e monitoraggio dei sistemi per assicurarne il corretto funzionamento;
• Parteciperai all'implementazione e alle attività di qualifica infrastrutturale per variazioni e/o nuovi progetti;
• Farai squadra con i colleghi per erogare il miglior servizio al Cliente.
