Your new tasks:

There is a good mix of variety and routine in our work. If something doesn't go as planned, we support each other. This is common throughout the DOREA FAMILY. The most important thing is always to maintain quality.

  • You are responsible for ordering all necessary food and consumables in a needsbased and costeffective manner.
  • You ensure appropriate control of all incoming food according to HACCP standards.
  • You ensure smooth work and service processes in the kitchen.
  • You take into account requests, complaints, and food intolerances in your meal planning.
  • You ensure compliance with all regulations and laws applicable to the kitchen area.
