EMEA Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/w/d) in Sandersville, GA


Location:
Düsseldorf/Wiesbaden - hybrid/remote


As a member of our EMEA Talent Acquisition Team, you will join us during a period of growth and be responsible for managing the entire recruiting process.

Working closely with line managers and HR, you will provide guidance on market strategies and actively source top talent.

Our recruitment team is highly involved and supportive, providing you with a strong network and opportunities for regional and international experience.


Your Responsibilities:


  • You will oversee the endtoend recruiting process for the Mitsubishi Chemical Group of companies in EMEA, with a focus on Germany.
  • Using your empathy and expertise, you will directly source candidates for the business, utilizing various methods to attract top talent.
  • You will provide recruitment guidance to HR and hiring managers, supporting all levels and disciplines within EMEA.
  • As part of our growing Talent Acquisition Center of Expertise, you will help improve our methods and standards.

Your Experience:


  • You hold a university degree.
  • Previous recruitment experience is required, either in an agency or inhouse setting. Experience in the manufacturing or engineering industry is preferred, but not essential.
  • Fluent German and English language skills are essential.
  • Some travel will be required to interact with the business in other regions within EMEA.
