    As a Recruiter or Account Manager at Vi-Leon, your responsibility will be to identify and build relationships with consultants and/or clients managing their next project.

    Through hard work, great interpersonal skills, and hands on training you will learn different processes to be the exclusive point of contact for consultants and/or clients.

    Account Managers and Recruiters partner and collaborate to guide consultants to new job opportunities.


    Recruiter:
    Your responsibility will be to identify and establish relationships with consultants who are looking for their next project.

    You will learn how to identify skill set requirements needed within the cloud or life sciences space and consultants who specialize in these niche areas.


    Account Manager:
    Your responsibility will be to develop relationships with hiring managers for niche project-based skill sets.

    You will learn how to identify the correct points of contacts, how to properly conduct interviews with potential candidates (consultants) and maintaining relationships with the client.

    The highly trained, internal recruiting team at Vi-Leon feels strongly that soft skills are the key to success in our company.

    Recruiting and Account Management can be taught. Due to this, candidates do not interview for a specific position (recruiter vs. account manager).

    Position is selected following the successful interview by candidate and hiring manager based on the best fit for both the company and the candidate.

    This allows us to maximize the candidates' success early on in their career with us.*Must be able to travel to our office in Beverly, MA.

    Salary Description $60,000-$100,000 per year
