- Gain insights into the daily operational aspects and risks faced by our clients.
- Manage incoming mail efficiently by directing it to the correct recipient.
- Utilize the Applied EPIC System for tasks.
- Adhere to procedures outlined in both the Cross Procedure Manual and PL Workflow Manual.
- Address customer queries such as coverage inquiries and documentation requests under the guidance of the Account Manager/Account Executive/Producer.
- Handle RTA's and binders.
- Administer policy changes on insurance Carrier platforms.
- Address requests from underwriters promptly.
- Create binders for New & Renewal Accounts.
- Prepare Annual Review Kits and New and Renewal proposals.
- Assist in collecting applications and underwriting information from Account Executive (AE) and/or clients to facilitate the marketing of new and renewal policies.
- Complete PL Questionnaires.
- Ensure timely payment of agency bill invoices and initiate policy cancellations when payments are not received following Cross guidelines.

Position: Personal Lines Assistant Account Manager
This role presents a great opportunity for newcomers in the insurance industry to support the day-to-day tasks of our Personal Lines division in serving our large and mid-market clients. As a Personal Lines Assistant Account Manager, your main objective will be to aid account managers by participating in various daily, weekly, and monthly activities, allowing you to grasp the current operational processes at Cross Insurance.
