    Job Title: Alogent Support Specialist

    Duration: 12 Months

    Location: Cincinnati, OH

    Job description:

    Our client is seeking an Alogent Support Specialist.

    Requirements:

    • 8+ years of implementation, development, and support experience on Alogent Products like Alogent interactive capture(AIC) , Alogent Payment Gateway(APG), Alogent Warehouse (AWARE).
    • Familiarity with MSSQL database schemas, SQL Server databases.
    • Internet Information Services (IIS).
    • ​​​​​​​Working knowledge of scanners and interaction of alogent Products.
    • Supporting integrations with SOAP and RESTful web services.
    • Experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows-based financial software and CI/CD Pipeline.
    • Windows operating systems in a network environment, Windows Active Directory permissions.
    • General communication knowledge such as HTTP, Transmission Control Protocol (TCP), Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP), Post Office Protocol (POP).
    • Confidence in ability to interpret logs and determine root cause issues.
    • Familiarity with API integration support/test tools.
    • Familiarity with security concepts, authentication/authorization methods.
    • Familiarity with business rules engine configuration, certificate renewal, patching.
    • Specific experience implementing or maintaining Branch banking ,Teller Transaction and item/check processing solutions.
    • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to resolve complex client problems and/or situations.
    • Self-starter with the proven ability to identify what needs to be accomplished as well as prioritize and deliver multiple tasks concurrently.
    • Ability to communicate with others of varying technical ability in a clear and professional manner.
    • A team player with strong relationship building skills.
    • Ability to manage changing priorities and multiple projects/tasks simultaneously.
    • Superior oral and written communication skills with the proven full software development life-cycle experience in Agile.
    • Document Recognition software Orograph - Preferred.
