Full Job DescriptionSeeking candidates with knowledge of Fluid Power products and applications. Knowledge and experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, hose & fittings, and automation are strongly desired.
The Territory Manager position is responsible for executing sales strategies, initiating contact with existing and potential customers, identifying needs, and selling appropriate products and/or solutions to meet those needs.
Responsible for creating and maintaining solid, long-term business relationships with customers on behalf of the Company and reaching sales and profitability goals.
Job Duties/ResponsibilitiesDevelop new business, as well as, retain and develop existing customers within assigned territory.
Maintain open lines of communication with Inside Sales Representative(s) to maintain the highest level of customer service.
Work with our Systems Engineering team to Identify, cultivate, and manage Fluid Power opportunities throughout all phases of the sales process.
Apply technical knowledge of the company's represented products, systems, and services to provide a value proposition that effectively addresses the customers' needs.
Maintain accurate records of target accounts, opportunities, leads, quotes, projects, contacts, and correspondence in company approved CRM.Work to achieve specific sales growth goals and strategic objectives set forth by Management.
Prepare sales action plans and strategies.
Schedule sales activity in order to maximize time management.
Resolve customer issues or difficulties in a manner that is consistent with the company mission, vision, and values.

The territory to be covered is Lafayette, LA , and the surrounding areas.
