    Job Description Summary:


    Administrative Duties:
    Collect/compile/prepare basic information for inclusion in reports or presentation materials; Create forms, documents, and worksheets; Schedule/coordinate meetings, calendars, etc.

    Unit Operational Duties:


    Maintain/process time sheets, payroll, time and attendance; Order, track inventory and expenses for unit supplies and equipment; Maintain Leadership filing system.


    Other Duties As Needed:
    Oversees data collection and maintenance at the unit level; Manages patient flow into and out of the unit; Other duties as assigned by leader

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Associate's Degree (Required)
    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
    Associate's degree

    Field of Study:
    Office Administration
    Years of experience: 3 yrs admin experience in lieu of Associate's degree
