JOB DESCRIPTION:
The project specialist will create equipment quotations, monitor progress of purchase orders, and schedule meetings to ensure the project is being completed to schedule.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Analyze and prepare equipment quotations in SAP from incoming workflows.
- Process equipment & service orders in SAP, verifying all technical data, prices, terms, and conditions.
- Create purchase requisitions in SAP.
- Track progress of quotations & orders, maintaining regular communications with multiple departments, vendors, affiliated Krones companies and customers where required.
- Track order progress payments.
- Interface with Krones; Technical Group, Project Managers, Customer Service, Training, Accounting and Service Departments, based on customer requests and needs.
- Purchase sample materials when required.
- Assist with shipping documents when required.
- Organize and maintain electronic file systems.
- Travel to customer site or vendor factory test.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
- Knowledge of business administration, process and structural knowledge, market knowledge, and knowledge of policies, directives, guidelines, and standards.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required. In lieu of a degree, 10 or more years of relevant experience may suffice.
- 57 years' previous packaging industry experience required.
Pay:
Up to $80,000.00 per year
