POSITION Cosmetic Coordinator/RN
REPORTS TO:
Physician/COO/
CEO
JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for delivery of elective services for patients, working under the direction of the physicians and assisting the physician with patient care.
Other responsibilities include patient education on treatment plans and medication, nursing procedures, such as suture removal, dressing changes and lab requisition documents.
Ensures the patient is satisfied with services recommended and continues to return to receive treatment.Responsible for the implementation of marketing and business development plans for the assigned physician, including managing internal and external marketing strategies.
Duties:
Assists plastic surgeon with day-to-day company operations such as conducting exams, preoperative and postoperative care of patients.
Responsible for providing financial quotes, scheduling surgeries and patients, calling new patient leads, and working in salesforce.
Responsible for creating and maintaining physician marketing and social media; includes development of marketing materials, organizing cosmetic seminars for patients and referral sources, and social media management.
EMR knowledge and maintenance for patient charts.Educates patient as required after physician establishes the treatment plan.
Ensures that the patient understands the treatment plan, understands the proper use of their medications, and understands their responsibility for compliance with the treatment plan prior to leaving the office.
Straightens and cleans exam rooms after patient visits.Implements marketing objectives and motivates support staff participation
Responsible for daily CRM patient lead/communication
Develops primary care referrals via monthly sales calls, follow-up correspondence, development of educational materials, and staff training.
Coordinates monthly patient seminars, including invitations, presentations, and follow-up.
Preferred Experience:
College degree:
sales/marketing emphasis preferred.
One to two years of cosmetic surgery/ aesthetic experience preferred
One to two years of sales experience preferred
