- Evaluates and implements procurement systems, technology, and tools to streamline the ordering and fulfillment processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Negotiates agreements, contracts, and terms with suppliers to ensure favorable pricing, payment terms, and mutually beneficial agreements.
- Support strategic capital investment decisions by performing total cost of ownership analysis.
- Analyze inventory levels, demand forecasts and consumption patterns to optimize stock par levels and reduce carrying costs.
- Establish supply inventory warehouse and work with internal transportation and couriers to ensure timely delivery of supply needs to operating centers
- 5+ years' experience in healthcare procurement
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or another related field
- Combination of education and experience may be considered
- Excellent computer skills, particularly in Excel and utilization of procurement software
- High level of written, verbal, and presentation skills
- You are comfortable with interacting with senior leadership as well as center managers and external vendors.
