We are looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant (m/f/d) in the Used Car Service department for our location in Dakota Dunes, SD, starting as soon as possible.

  • Your new tasks will include various areas of focus, such as:
  • Processing of used vehicle purchases
  • Ordering vehicle transports and appraisals
  • Handling of complaints via email and telephone
  • Maintenance of order data in operational systems
  • Invoice verification of service providers
  • Communication with trade partners for the pickup of used vehicles
  • Telephone and written correspondence with customers and partners for order processing
  • Actively contributing ideas for planning and organizing daily processes is also part of the job scope.

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship (preferably in wholesale and foreign trade, industry, automotive industry, office management or similar)
  • Professional experience in the areas of vehicle trading, fleet management or similar fields of activity is an advantage
  • Basic understanding of commercial and logistical processes
  • Communication skills, teamwork, independent and conscientious work style
  • Proficient in MS Office programs (especially Excel and Word)
  • Affinity for IT systems
