To make the claims world even friendlier for all parties involved, we are currently seeking a First Level Application Support (m/f/d) for our IT Services division.

Responsibilities

Support the operational business by quickly and effectively handling tickets related to process questions and disruptions
Clarify processrelated questions with stakeholders
Monitor and verify data quality, plausibility, and consistency
Clarify process questions directly with involved individuals or departments
Create and manage documentation for support measures
Monitor the application of processes and communicate defined guidelines in case of deviations
Communicate and act as a liaison with our developer support in England and Spain
Coordinate the support ticket system and distribute tickets
Work closely with the sales department
