The company supplies electricity and gas to over 168,000 customers in the Hanseatic city and provides around 25 percent of Hamburg's commercial heat in the form of district heating. By 2030 at the latest, we will produce district heating without coal, and by 2045 we will be climate-neutral. With 900 employees, Woodmere Energy makes the largest individual contribution to achieving the city's climate protection goals.

Your responsibilities:


  • You want to help shape the energy transition in our city and are passionate about working on complex projects
  • Further development of our corporate strategy and business models
  • Development of investment projects with regard to technical feasibility, approval capability, and profitability, and transfer of projects to the implementation phase
  • Preparation of analyses, information, and materials for decisionmaking by management and committees
