    Description
    Under General Supervision of the Director of Operational Administration. This position takes the lead in administering the $1,000,000 + contract for physical security services. This position monitors vendor performance and provides day-to-day input to security vendors to assure OSA expectations are being met. This position provides management to the card access system at multiple locations. This position conducts safety and security surveys as needed and works with each facility/location to resolve action items. This position provides safety and security training as needed. This position responds to all safety and security issues after normal business hours. This position acts as an integral part of the OSA Emergency Response organization. The incumbent in this position must have strong computer skills and a Valid Driver's License.

    Training:
    Graduation from an accredited college or university.

    Preference may be given to candidates with a major in the area of public or business administration, accounting, industrial relations, communications or related field.


    Substitution:
    Additional qualifying experience as described below may be substituted on a year-for-year basis for the required training.

    Experience:

    One year of full-time or equivalent part-time paid employment in a technical or advanced clerical position providing administrative services such as accounting, budgeting, project monitoring and reporting, personnel, or procurement and property.

    Experience must have been at the Office Assistant 3 or Accounting Technician 3 level or higher.

    Substitution:

    Successful completion of graduate study in an accredited college or university in one of the above fields may be substituted for the required experience on a year-for-year basis.
