WHAT WILL YOUR DAY LOOK LIKE WITH US?

  • You will welcome and assist our customers, being their first point of contact and the face of the car dealership
  • You will ensure that our customers feel comfortable during their visit to our dealership
  • You will approach customers in an open and friendly manner, taking their wishes and questions seriously and providing high levels of customer orientation and service quality
  • You will coordinate customer service with your colleagues and connect them with the appropriate contacts
  • You will support appointment scheduling, invoicing, and complaint management in the service process
  • Data maintenance and vehicle linking complete your job profile

HOW YOU WILL INSPIRE US

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, ideally as a trained automotive salesman (m/f/d) or have a comparable education
  • Alternatively, you are looking for a career change from customeroriented professions such as flight attendant (m/f/d), consultingintensive retail, or the hotel and catering industry with a focus on customer service? Then you are in the right place here
  • You have at least 12 years of professional experience, ideally in customer contact
  • You use your communication skills for both customer service and teamwork
  • You have a quick grasp, are always helpful, and a true team player
