    Description
    Serve as a conduit between sales and marketing by assisting the sales team with list generation, report generation, and lead assignment within HubSpot
    Improves existing processes and procedures, and provides ideas for new processes and procedures
    Assist with projects, as needed from departments and leadership
    Handle internal requests for assistance within HubSpot
    Document processes in any/all departments
    Actively search for opportunities to streamline/clean up HubSpot (e.g. lead list management, contact/company property management, contact management)
    Manage user permissions/account settings within HubSpot and Aloware
    Generate reports and reporting dashboards within HubSpot, in line with direction from various leadership team members based on their departmental needs
    Strategize on process automation within HubSpot by working with external departments
    Must Haves

    Demonstrate robust and proven business acumen
    Ability to accurately document processes, while showing how they connect so that team members can understand and apply them, and be held accountable to fulfilling them
    Demonstrate an aptitude for efficient problem solving
    Ability to understand how teams within Cardone Ventures are connected to see how changes within one department can impact another
    Must have an aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
    Must have the ability to deal with different personalities, cooperate with other team members and work under pressure
    Nice To Haves

    Ability to serve as a liaison between different departments
    Ability to work in HubSpot CRM and have a deep understanding of how to fully leverage the platform to automate processes
    Possess substantial experience with G-Suite (Slides and Docs)
    Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field, or equivalent work experience
    Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
    This position will require travel - up to 5%
