Job Summary:

Synaccess Networks Inc designs and builds power distribution units. We are seeking an Operations Manager to oversee our Scottsdale location's day to day operations.

This is a
full time, salaried, 100% in-office role that will be responsible for ensuring success in processing and fulfilling orders, along with performing/overseeing basic bookkeeping and customer service.

Roles and Responsibilities

Order Entry and Processing: Oversee and perform order processing, including generating invoices, handling payments, and managing product returns.

Production Supervision: Assist in daily production/manufacturing planning against current and future orders

Basic Bookkeeping: Manage basic bookkeeping duties, including keeping track of bills, invoices, purchase orders, recording payments, and other basic accounting functions

Documentation:Assist production and engineering staff in writing and documenting standard operating procedures

Manage Inventory and Supply: Help manage basic inventory and supply purchasing, including office supplies, shipping supplies, etc.

The scope of the work may include other duties necessary to support a successful growing business;
This role is critical to keeping day to day operations running in the Synaccess Scottsdale location. Must be available in office to perform essential functions of job during scheduled work hours.


Experience and Qualifications:

Strong written skills:

Experience in managing a team or location is preferred but not required_

Please note that all positions at our company are paid positions.


Pay:
$64, $74,000.00 per year
